Return Policy

At Caps South Africa, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You have 7 working days from the date of collection from our offices to initiate a return.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

  • Unbranded garments, in their original condition, may be returned within 7 working days for a replacement or store/account credit.
  • No cash refunds will be provided. If payment was made by card, commission charges will be deducted.
  • All returns must be accompanied by a valid invoice.
  • Return items are subject to a 15% handling fee based on the total value of the goods returned.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Garments that have been printed, washed, dyed, relabelled, or branded, or are not in a resaleable condition, will not be accepted for return.
  • Customers are responsible for inspecting goods before branding.
  • No returns on special orders will be accepted unless there is a fault with the stock.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
