There are threee main Cap Branding options available. It’s hard to know where to start, but we are here to guide you to make the right choice. We offer three main branding options which are Screen Printing. Heat Press and Embroidery. Screen printing is one of the most popular Printing options. It’s perfect for larger orders. It’s also a great choice if you’re looking for a more durable print. Heat Press is another great option. It gives your Caps a professional look and is ideal for smaller orders. Then there is embroidery great for small designs and small orders.
Cap Branding Options
Screen Printing
A tried-and-true branding technique. Uses a light-sensitive emulsion to etch images into mesh screens. Inks forced through screens installed on a press. Applied to the fabric while curing with heat. A screes required for each color in the pattern.

Heat Press
Heat Press is a machine that uses heat to put designs on different kinds of materials. It gets its results by putting pressure from the heated upper platen onto the colder lower platen. Most presses are used to put heat transfers on different kinds of clothes.

Embroidery
Using equipment with many heads. Designs and logos get embroidered onto the fabric of the garment. Each head has the capacity to store up to 9 different colors. The price for designs with several colors is the same as the price for designs with a single color.
