Consultation & Design Brief

The process starts with a consultation where the client provides details about the headwear they need (caps, beanies, bucket hats, etc.). We discuss fabric choices, colors, branding (embroidery, printing, sublimation), and any special requirements. Our design team creates a digital mockup for client approval.

Material Selection & Sourcing

Once the design is, finalized. We source high-quality fabrics suitable for the specific type of headwear.M Options include cotton, polyester, wool blends, and performance fabrics for sportswear. We ensure that the materials are durable, breathable, and comfortable.

Pattern Making & Cutting

Our production team creates a precise pattern based on the approved design. The fabric is then cut into individual panels using specialized cutting machines. Each component (crown, brim, sweatband, etc.) is carefully measured and prepared for assembly.

Custom Branding & Printing

Packing & Packaging
