7 Day Returns Policy
An invoice must accompany all returns. A 15% handling fee applies to the total value of goods returned, and no cash refunds are ,offered. Only unbranded headwear in its original condition is, accepted. For returns, and items must be, returned within 7 working days to qualify for a replacement or credit. If you paid by card, any related commission fees will be, deducted.
We cannot accept returns for caps that have been, printed. Wwashed, dyed, relabeled, branded, or are otherwise not in resaleable condition. Customers are responsible for inspecting goods before branding. Please check your invoice. As Caps South Africa is not liable for screen printing costs or any reprinting. We, suggest verifying orders. Or visiting our showroom, and buying samples before finalizing large orders. Special orders cannot be, returned unless there is a fault with the stock.
